About Jeff

With a diverse background, Jeff is dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations to lead with purpose and excellence. For 25 years, he served as a senior pastor, providing spiritual guidance and leadership development. He has spent more than 15 years as a school teacher and three years as a paramedic, serving his community in critical situations. Currently, Jeff coaches, trains, and speaks (remotely, and in person), as part of the LIFT brand.

As a small business owner and Airbnb operator, he understands the challenges and opportunities of entrepreneurship. In addition, he is an aspiring author, possessing practical experience as a graphic designer and course creator, leveraging creative design and digital learning tools to develop impactful training programs.

With a Bachelor of Science in Christian Ministry from Wilson University, a Certificate in Apostolic Leadership from Wilson College, and a Master of Arts in Executive Leadership from Liberty University, Jeff is prepared to strategically and creatively assist you in navigating transformative seasons of life, work, and ministry.

Jeff is a John Maxwell Team Certified Coach, Speaker, and Trainer, as well as a Certified DISC Behaviour Analyst and Consultant, specializing in leadership development, executive coaching, and team dynamics. As an aspiring author and speaker, he inspires audiences with leadership principles, personal growth strategies, and practical tools for success.

An effective communicator with decades of speaking experience and a desire to enhance the culture of your business or organization, Jeff offers values-based leadership enrichment to bring change from the heart. With a passion for helping others maximize their potential in business, faith, family, or finances, Jeff is committed to equipping leaders to first lead themselves—so they can effectively lead others.
